Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a strong smell like a locker room and felt stuffy due to poor ventilation, despite having a private balcony facing the beach on the second floor. The service, especially from Betty, Naslie, and Irene, was exceptional and among the best experienced during our travels, going out of their way to assist with housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle services. The location was superb, right by a stunning coastal lagoon, offering scenic views and easy access to bars, restaurants, and the town centre. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The room was fantastic with a big deck and great views, plus it had air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The service was outstanding, especially with the assistance in planning snorkeling adventures. The location is a dream right on the beach, and being able to relax on lounge chairs and get waited on was a real treat. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, though, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
